We know the usage of alcohol swabs are crucial for disinfections prior to insulin injections and that they are precious commodities now. Therefore, in partnership with Aeras Medical Pte Ltd, Diabetes Singapore will be distributing 400 x packs of alcohol swabs and lancets.

Details as follows:

Items for collection:
400 packs, each consisting of 10 Glucopro alcohol swabs and 1 SAFETiCET 10s (Yellow) safety lancet. One person is entitled to one Care Pack. Items are kindly sponsored by Aeras Medical Pte Ltd.

Collection Period:
17 Feb 2020 (Monday) to 29 Feb 2020 (Saturday)
9.00am to 5.00pm, while stocks last.

Who are eligible?
(1) Members of Diabetes Singapore;
(2) Patients referred for screening at Diabetes Singapore mobile buses;
(3) Persons with diabetes who are non-members – please bring your NRIC and doctor’s letter or any other document that shows you are person with diabetes.
