How do I know if my orders have been processed?

An email will be sent to you within 3 working days from date of purchase as confirmation of your order. Please contact us at +65 6752 0290 if you fail to receive a confirmation.

What are the available payment modes?

Paypal (online store)/Cash payment (S$) (Self-collection only).

Can I make payment by cash on delivery?

Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery. Payment by cash is only applicable for self-collection.

What happens if I experience problem purchasing from the website?

You can email us at: sales@aerasmedical.com to place your order. Payment can be done via cash upon delivery/self-collection.

Delivery

What are the delivery fees for local delivery?

There will be a S$10.00 Delivery charge for order amount lower than S$150.00 within Singapore. Delivery will be free of charge if order amount is S$100.00 and above.

When will my orders arrive for normal delivery?

Aeras Medical will only effect delivery to mainland Singapore excluding Changi Airport / Sentosa / Jurong Island / Cargo Complex. Delivery Information: For Order received before 3.00pm on a working day, delivery will be made within 3 working days between 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.)

Are there other options to collect my orders?

Your orders can be collected personally at our main office.

Collection Time: Weekdays between 9am - 11.30am or 1.30pm - 5.30pm. (Except public holidays)
Prior to collection of goods, please contact Aeras Medical at +65 6752 0290 for confirmation. Relevant cash payment or proof of purchase must be brought along to collect purchased goods.

How do I check the rates for local delivery or overseas shipping fees?

There will be additional charges for special delivery requirements including overseas purchase. Please enquire via email Aeras Medical at: sales@aerasmedical.com or contact Aeras Medical at +65 6752 0290 before making purchase online.

What happens when I am not present to receive the orders?

Aeras Medical will call the phone number provided by the customer to arrange for a delivery. Should the customer be unable to accept the delivery on the mutually agreed date, period of time and location provided, and does not inform Aeras Medical at least 4 working days prior to the mutually agreed date of delivery, an additional delivery charge of S$10.00 will be imposed on top of the first delivery charge of S$10.00 for the second delivery attempt. The additional charge of S$10.00 for the second delivery attempt also applies to order amount greater than S$150.00 where the delivery was free of charge.

What happens if I wish to cancel the order?

Please contact Aeras Medical at +65 6752 0290 immediately regarding order cancellations.
Aeras Medical will only accept a notice of cancellation from customer if the notice is given to Aeras Medical before the delivery of goods has been made to the customer (based on the mutually agreed date, time period and location). Aeras Medical shall not accept any notice of cancellation from the customer after the order has been delivered to the customer.

May I know what is the return/refund policy for Aeras Medical?

Goods purchased are not returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and sterility purposes. (For a blood glucose monitoring system, this includes meter kit, test strips, lancets and alcohol pads.) However exchanges can be arranged under the following circumstances: If any Product was delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product is expired, or if the wrong Product was delivered, Aeras Medical shall replace the Product.
